My cousin wants to fight with her parents how can I help?

My cousin cannot cope with her dying mother from cancer because her father jumps down her throat about everything and her dog has been asked by the vet to be put down?

She also owes my dad $3,000 but doesn’t wanna pay him back because the same cousin clames he sexually abused him when she was a child which I do not believe

Hiow do I help this situation?
