Please help convince my parents to get me a leopard gecko?

My parents think that leopard gecko’s are too much work. I want one so bad! I own a bearded dragon and I am responsible enough to own another lizard.
They are a lot less work than a bearded dragon and would use a lot of the same food and supplies. My guess is that they aren’t too happy with the lizard you have now and just don’t want another in the house. If you really want to try though, research care and explain to them what a gecko needs. If they still say no, let it go. You won’t change their minds.

I used to have a bearded dragon… Till i took an arrow in the knee.
