No it’s not. If she’s old enough to have them then you shouldn’t be near them. She may believe it’s ok, but it’s your job to teach her that daddy’s don’t go there. But also that she needs to learn that she is in charge of her body and it should be private. I’m not sure how old she is, but she’s still viewing herself as a little girl; but she needs to learn how to deal with her body as an adult. So, take her to a store where they do the measuring for her.
Girls need to learn early on that there are uncomfortable things that are necessary regarding their bodies. They need to be taught that the discomfort is not bad, and they should be free to talk about it. First it’s measuring for a bra. Next it’s a breast exam. Then there’s a pelvic exam. None of them are comfortable, but they are necessary.
Your daughter is at an age where she will be completely attached to you. That’s good. The teenage years are when the father becomes most important especially in girls to teach them what they deserve in the opposite sex. They teach them what they are worth and how much value to place on themselves personally, their own gender, and that of the opposite. While you are important, you need to push her to develop relationships with a mother-like figure. You don’t want to be stuck when she asks you to show her how to insert a tampon. You may have to push, but you can also talk to a mother of one of her friends. Tell her what’s going on. Women are pretty good a picking bra sizes. My mom never measured me. She just told me what to get. A women, more than likely, will just be able to look and tell you. Regardless, ask the woman to nonchalantly invite your daughter on some friendly outtings. If her daughter is nearing the same emotional and physical maturity as yours, then she can include your daughter in on those conversations. They can schedule dates–get ice cream at McDonald’s, go shopping, get their nails done… something girly. The right woman will be able to bring it up without bringing it up.
In the meantime, if she’s just started developing go for a nearly A or A. Training bras are forgiving. If the fit isn’t perfect, as long as she’s relatively comfortable, then don’t worry about it. She’ll learn to size herself. Also, you cannot man shop for bras. She needs to try many on to get a correct fit.
My parents are strict when it come to school and chores and every time i bring up sperm or something like that my mom seems like she gets emmbarresed because im only 12 and i just want an open relation ship with them PLEASE HELP!!! 
There’s nothing wrong with you wanting a n open relationship with your parents in matter of fact thats a good thing i would honestly sit down and talk to them and explain how you are becomin a young man turning into a teenage boy (13) i think its time and appropriate to talk about things like that speak to your father son and father have a better bond and understanding cause they been there before but as far as telling them you watch porn uhhh you should keep that to yourself lol

Nadya Suleman admits that Dennis Beaudoin, who went on Good Morning America Monday, donated sperm for her to undergo in vitro fertilization — but says he’s not the father of any of her 14 children.
“He’s not lying. He went to the doctor with me once,” Suleman told Usmagazine.com from her home Sunday. “It didn’t work.”
