   There are very few states where even with a parent’s permission a kid your age can get a tongue piercing. You need to let this go until you are at least 16, usually that is the minimum. This isn’t the kind of thing you want done by someone with questionable ethics, you could suffer permanent damage.

   when you are that young you go threw stages, like i wanted my cartage pierced and i got it then i got a lil older and i thought it was the stupidest thing ever i wanted my bell Button pierced got it done when i was 14 got infected my dad told me i could get it redone when i heals never did know why i grew out of that stage, now i got a nasty i mean NASTY scare and i cant get rid of it. my point is when Your still growing up you dint know who you Truly are and until you grow up, you will go threw stages where you like body piercings and tattoos and all that other stuff there is a reason you have to wait til your 18 because then it gives you enough time to really think it threw and if you turn 18 and you still want it then go right for it. but btw tongue piercing is VERY trash and will give you a bad name when you hit high school.
