I am a black girl dating a white guy and my parents are racist, help!!?

I am 16 and am in love with a white guy. We have been dating for a year now and I truly love him. He is not a thug, and is currently in college. But I know my parents would die if they knew I was dating him. My father thinks all white people are devils and serial killers. I don’t know what to do, I though about running away with him???

Yeah don’t run away. Just date him like you are. If your parents are racist then they don’t need to know until you’ll get married! :) Otherwise they’ll just be messing with your head. If you break up with him its better if you break up on your own , for your own reasons, than because of something they said. If you’re with him long enough to be married then they will just have to accept that you love him.

    i can see how introducing them wouldnt really work.
    your 16 so within two years they cant really stop you dating who you want.
