My son is 2 1/2 and his latest saying is "So, what are you doing?" and when you tell him he says "Can I help?". This has been going on for about a week or so with everything –

Him – So, what are you doing
Me – Putting away laundry
Him – Can I help.

Well the other day my husband came home from work and had to go straight into the bathroom. I was in the bedroom and we were having a conversation through the wall, when my son decided to join in…..

"So daddy, what are you doing?"
"Going potty."
"Can I help?"

We laughed so hard I though I was going to throw up! So innocent!

  1. A Y Said,

My daughter is 17 months old. When she says the word "sit", it comes out sounding like "s*it". One of her favorite phrases is "Where are you?"… ie., "Mama! Where are you?" So, the other day, she was trying to sit on my older daughter’s Elmo plush chair, but every time she sat down, it would scoot back along our hard wood floor. So, she kept missing the chair and landing on her little bum. The whole time, she was looking behind her at the chair saying "S*it, s*it… where are you???"

  2. lol..... Said,

My three year old has a new trick. When she is corrected for something (anything) she goes "ugh, whatever!" with her hands on her hips. The first time she did this it went:
Me: No!! Do not paint the cat!! (seriously)
    Her: Ugh, FINE!! Whatever!!
    Me: Pardon me?
    Her: I said, Fine, whatever
Me: How old are you young lady?
    Her: FOURTEEN!!

It was so funny!! I ruined it all by laughing, now she does it all the time…

Ok I just had my daughter 11 days ago.. And Since I knew that breastfeeding her might be a cause for jealousy with my 25 month old.. (he cant just climb into my lap) Before I had her if he saw my breasts after my shower or something I would tell him they had milk in them and i was going to feed sister with them soon. Hoping to make it easier because he would know I was feeding her..

Well He knows now.. And Everytime I sit down to feed her (public or not) He runs around yelling in his loudest 2 year old voice "BOOBIES BOOBIES MILK BOOBIES!

Well this isnt about my kid, but I work at a daycare center. This one little girl was rhyming and going, "hat cat mat, ring sing ding" then she looked at me and said, "Miss Kate?" and I said, "Yes?" and she goes,"Mommy says I cant rhyme duck because I did once and I said a bad word but it was an accident and mommy laughed but she said I cant rhyme duck anymore."

Coming from a five year old it was pretty hilarious.

I go Abby if mommy has a baby it will grow up to be like your brother Jacob who is 1 do you still want mommy to have a baby? She looks at Jacob for awhile and then at me and goes NO!
