My cousin lives in your neck of the woods(Westchester and Fairfield county) and found her nanny(of 5 years) through an agency called "Mommys Nanny Care" I think the website is www.mommysnannycare.com, but im sure if you google it the correct site should come up.

lol ok I have to agree with the previous comment referring to "mommy nanny care". I went through the same thing a little while back, I looked up a couple of nanny agencies in faifield county and NY, I found a few of them to be either quite costly or too busy to truly identify what it was I was looking for in a nanny, so finally a fellow mom from my daughters school, recommended me to them and their application and search process was very simple and easy and left me plenty of time to focus on my other daily tasks. The price wasn’t bad either(they have a fixed rate instead of basing the fee on your nanny’s salary percentage. (call me cheap all you want..its nice to save a penny now and than especially with the economy now!?
