What are some good ways to help me with stress and anger ?

Well i know we only have like 3 days left in school but i have a lot of stress right now because of last min projects,BOYS,PARENTS,and my friends . WHAT 2 DO ???

PLz Help me !!!!

Prioritize.

Focus one thing at a time

Be happy with whatever you accomplish with your best effort.

Remember, it won’t always be this difficult.

Have something pleasant to look forward to or to think about whenever you need to.

    make some time for yourself! have a hot bath, watch your fave movie, listen to really loud music or go for a walk. have fun and enjoy!

    Do some hard physical activity- I like to go bowling and see the pins as my problems being smashed-if not that. try running around a track, running takes a lot of the nervous energy out and lets you relax after.

    First, it is to find out what will cause your MORE STRESS if left undone.

    That will be the last min projects. Complete them to the best of your capability.

    BOYS? get them to help while having them to accompany you…

    Parents??? HMMM…if they are too naggy, shut yourself in your room and on the music.

    But Parents can be a good support system when you need a bite or snack or you need help to get some materials done for your project… :p
